Four Seasons Home Care was started by Jere Peabody, co-owner of Peabody and Smith Reality, in the mid 1970’s to provide property management services to the chalet owners in the village of Mittersill, adjacent to Cannon Ski Mountain. After growing the business for approximately fifteen years he sold it to David Southworth, a resident of Sugar Hill. Mr. Southworth owned and operated the business until we purchased it from him November 15, 2001.
